- Social account credentials: When you connect a social media account, we receive and store OAuth access tokens issued by the respective platform (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram). We do not store your platform passwords.
- Content you create: Posts, captions, hashtags, media files, and scheduling information you create within the Service.
- Payment information: Billing information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Communications: Emails or messages you send to us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Device information: Device type, unique device identifiers, and browser settings.
- Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.
- Usage data: Features you use, actions you take, and time spent within the Service.
2.3 Information From Third Parties
When you connect a social media account, we may receive profile information such as your account name, profile picture, and unique account identifier from the respective platform. We only request permissions necessary to provide the Service.

- Authenticate you and manage your account
- Schedule and publish content to connected social media platforms on your behalf
- Generate AI-powered captions and transcriptions from your uploaded media

- Service providers: We use third-party vendors to help operate the Service, including Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), AWS S3 (file storage), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing), and Inngest (background jobs). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- Social media platforms: When you schedule a post, we transmit your content and credentials to the applicable platform API (e.g., YouTube Data API, LinkedIn API) solely to fulfill your publishing request.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
- Protection of rights: We may disclose information to enforce our Terms of Service or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zenvode, our users, or others.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Media files you upload are retained according to your subscription plan. You may delete your account at any time, after which we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Access tokens for connected social media accounts are retained until you disconnect the account or delete your Zenvode account.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
